AloAmer.ae — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to AloAmer.ae (“AloAmer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). AloAmer is an online marketplace operated in the United Arab Emirates that connects users (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Our Services

AloAmer does not provide any of the services listed on the Platform directly. We act solely as an intermediary that connects Users with verified third-party Service Providers. Each Service Provider is an independent contractor, and AloAmer has no control over the quality, timing, pricing, legality, or completion of any service. All service agreements, warranties, and liabilities rest exclusively between you and the Service Provider.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.

      • AloAmer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or violation of these Terms.

      4. Payments and Service Charges

      Users agree to pay for services as per the pricing displayed on the Platform. AloAmer may collect a service fee or commission for facilitating the transaction between the User and the Service Provider. All payments processed through the Platform are subject to our payment partners’ terms. AloAmer is not responsible for payment disputes or chargebacks related to services rendered by Service Providers.

      5. Cancellations and Refunds

      Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual Service Providers. AloAmer may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of Service Providers.

      6. User Conduct

      You agree not to:

      • Misuse the Platform or use it for unlawful purposes.
      • Provide false information or impersonate others.
      • Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.

          • We may suspend or restrict your access if such violations occur.

          7. Limitation of Liability

          To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

          • AloAmer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the actions or omissions of Service Providers.
          • We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or reliability of services provided by third parties.
          • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to AloAmer for that specific transaction.

              8. Intellectual Property

              All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on AloAmer.ae are the intellectual property of AloAmer and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

              9. Privacy and Data Protection

              Your privacy is important to us. By using our Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

              10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

              These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing that, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

              11. Amendments

              AloAmer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
